We’ve updated our Lasting Beauty® Rewards program so you can receive exclusive perks as a member. With our new loyalty program structure, you'll receive even more benefits when you move from one tier to the next. The main program changes include:
  • Updated tier names:
    • MEMBER --> SILVER (those who spend $250 or less in a calendar year)
    INSIDER --> GOLD (those who spend between $250 and $500 in a calendar year)
    ELITE --> PLATINUM (those who spend $500+ in a calendar year)
    Tier levels are determined based on dollars spent in a calendar year. Spend is defined as purchase amount, minus any refunds, discounts (including rewards) or adjustments.

Lasting Beauty® Rewards members earn points for every dollar spent on purchases at Colorescience.com and through participating skin health professionals. Points can also be earned for activities like reading our blog, writing product reviews and more. Points earned can be used to redeem rewards like coupons for future purchases, free products and sweepstakes entries. The types, duration, and point values awarded for qualified activities, as well as available rewards, may vary; for full program details and benefits, visit our Rewards Page.

All tiers can enjoy exclusive perks, including the ability to redeem points for coupons or free products, early access to new product launches and sales, free returns, birthday gifts, and more. When you sign up for the Lasting Beauty® Rewards program, you start out at SILVER. If you spend $250+ during the first calendar year you enroll, you will move up to GOLD status, and you will maintain that status for the rest of the current calendar year and the entire following calendar year (unless you level-up again). If you spend $500+ during the first calendar year you enroll, you will move up to PLATINUM status and will remain in the PLATINUM tier the rest of the current calendar year and the entire following calendar year. Spend is defined as net qualifying purchase amount, less any product returns, discounts (including rewards) and adjustments.
Nothing! The points you already earned are yours to keep and are still available to be redeemed toward sweepstakes entries, online and in-office coupons. Please do keep in mind that points expire 12 months after your last date of activity. An activity is defined as making a purchase online or in office, receiving rewards (this includes all rewards in the Earn Points section of your account except for earning points for your birthday), or redeeming points/coupons.
Those with SILVER status will earn the same amount of points on purchases as they did with our original program – 10 points per dollar spent. GOLD will still earn 10% more points and PLATINUM will still earn 25% more points.

We've made redeeming your Lasting Beauty® Rewards points easy! Simply log in to your online account at colorescience.com to access your rewards.

Click 'HOME' to open the dropdown menu, then select 'COUPONS'. Click the 'COUPONS' tab in the left-hand menu. From there, you'll be able to view all redeemable online and in-office rewards. You can exchange your points for digital coupons right at checkout if you're shopping online.To redeem an in-office coupon, use our partner locator to find a participating skin health professional office near you. Make sure to select 'Lasting Beauty Rewards Partner' to view participating locations.

Yes! Points redeemed for digital coupons may be used toward online purchases. Points redeemed for in-office coupons may be used toward purchases made through a Colorescience skin health professional participating in our Lasting Beauty® Rewards program. Points have higher dollar values assigned to them when redeemed for in-office coupons, so members can get the most for the points by shopping in-office.
If you made a purchase in-office, please allow 24-48 hours for purchase points to be reflected in your rewards history. If you purchased online, you will receive your points when your order ships. If you still do not see purchase points listed in your history after 48 hours for in-office or after your order ships for online, please contact a member of our Concierge team at concierge@colorescience.com.

It’s easy! You can sign up for Lasting Beauty® Rewards online or at a participating skin health professional office. Plus, you'll earn 100 rewards points for free when you join!

If registering online, visit our account page and select 'CREATE AN ACCOUNT' on the 'Join Lasting Beauty® Rewards' banner. Simply answer a few questions to set up your account. Once complete, you’ll receive an email welcoming you to the Lasting Beauty® Rewards program, and you’re in. If you have any questions, our Concierge team is here to help at concierge@colorescience.com.

An email and phone number are required upon enrollment to verify your identification. We never share your information with third parties. We will never contact you via phone unless you have opted into SMS messages from us through colorescience.com, which is separate from our rewards program enrollment. We will occasionally send rewards-related emails to you, including your birthday gift email and to let you know when you've reached a new tier.
So that we can send you a birthday gift! (Trust us, you won’t want to miss out!) Your information is never shared with third parties.
Those with SILVER status who spend $250 to $500 in a calendar year will level-up to GOLD status. Those who spend $500+ will level-up to PLATINUM status.
Congratulations! Once you enter a new tier, you'll have 12 months to enjoy all the benefits that come with achieving a higher status. For example, if you reach GOLD status on August 1st, 2024, you will be able to enjoy your new benefits and remain in that tier until August 1st, 2025. Then, once we reach August 1st 2025, you will still be in GOLD status, but you will need to spend at least $250 over that 12-month period to remain GOLD moving forward, otherwide you will be rest to SILVER status once that 12-month period is over.
Congratulations! While PLATINUM is our top tier status, there’s no limit to the number of points you can earn by spending with us. You can always continue to earn points redeemable for coupons and free full-size Colorescience products. We also like to surprise our most loyal customers with exclusive offers, rewards and benefits, so keep an eye on your inbox!

Those with SILVER status earn 10 points per dollar spent. Those with GOLD status will earn 10% more points and those with PLATINUM status earn 25% more points. The more you spend, the more you earn, and the more you can save!
Your full points balance will expire 12 months after your last purchase made at colorescience.com or through a participating skin health professional. If you make a new purchase before your expiration date, any redeemable points will rollover for a new 12-month period.
Yes! Many of our skin health professionals participate in our Lasting Beauty® Rewards program. To find out if your office is enrolled, please visit our locator page and check the ‘LASTING BEAUTY REWARDS PARTNER’ check box to filter on locations participating in our rewards program. You can then search to find a preferred location.
Please visit our locator page and be sure to check "Lasting Beauty® Rewards Partner" beneath the search bar when you perform a search for a participating location near you. This will display only the locations participating in our loyalty program. If you choose to make a purchase at a location not participating in Lasting Beauty® Rewards, you will not earn points for that purchase.

As a Lasting Beauty® Rewards member, we've made it easy to redeem your points. You can redeem points online at Colorescience.com and at one of our participating skin health professional offices.
  • If redeeming points online:
    • Visit Colorescience.com and log in to your account. Once you are logged in, you can proceed to shop and add products to your cart.
    • Once you are ready to complete your purchase navigate to checkout. Click the "Rewards" dropdown and select the coupon you'd like to use based on points available. Please note: You can only apply one available online coupon per order, based on your current points balance. The last coupon you select will be applied to your order.
    • Click "Apply" to use the coupon on your order. Your discount will be reflected in your subtotal shown.
    • You're all set! Click 'CHECKOUT' to continue your purchase.
  • If redeeming points in-office:
    • Navigate to the 'COUPONS' section in your account to view the in-office coupons that are available to redeem. Click 'HOME' to open the dropdown menu, then select 'COUPONS'. Click the 'COUPONS' tab in the left-hand menu.
    • Visit a participating skin health professional office and let your provider know that you'd like to apply an in-office coupon to your order. You can find a participating skin health professional office near you using our Spartner locator. Make sure to select 'Lasting Beauty Rewards Partner' to view participating locations.
  • If redeeming for a product:
    • Visit colorescience.com and log in to your account . Once you are logged in visit the Rewards page.
    • Scroll to the 'REDEEM FOR PRODUCTS' section, where you'll see your available points balance and the eligible products you can redeem.
    • Select the product you'd like to redeem (eligible products will have a filled-in 'REDEEM' button) and click 'REDEEM'. Please note: You must have one paid item in your cart to redeem points for a product.
    • At this point, your product has been added to your shopping cart at no charge. You can choose proceed to checkout to complete your order.
Unfortunately, we do not control what products our skin health professionals carry in each of their offices. We recommend calling to ensure they have the product you’re looking for before you redeem points for an in-office coupon. If you’ve already redeemed and can’t find the product you’re looking for in-office, you can reach out to our Concierge team at concierge@colorescience.com for assistance.

When you redeem points for a free product, that product will automatically be added to your shopping cart at no charge. You will still need to walk through the entire checkout process with this item in your cart, to enter your shipping information and place your order. Please note: You must have one paid item in your cart to redeem points for a product.

Digital coupons are valid for use on purchases made on Colorescience.com. In-office coupons are valid for use on purchases made through one of our authorized skin health professional offices that participates in Lasting Beauty® Rewards. To find a participating office location near you, please visit our locator page. Be sure to check the ‘LASTING BEAUTY REWARDS PARTNER’ check box to filter on locations participating in our rewards program, and search to find a location closest to you.

We recognize that most customers who purchase Colorescience products through one of our skin health professionals also purchase in-office procedures, and therefore, we are able to offer higher dollar values for points when redeemed for in-office coupons. All rewards members are invited to get the most out of their points by shopping in-office through an authorized skin health professional!

At this time, our system only accepts one coupon code per order.
In-office coupon codes are only valid for use on purchases made through Colorescience skin health professionals participating in the Lasting Beauty® Rewards program.
We've made some updates and enhancements to our website platform to make your online shopping experience better. As a result, accounts will not show any reward or activity history prior to June 24, 2020. But rest assured your points totals and tier status were not impacted!
Points can be earned for activities such as writing reviews for your favorite products on Colorescience.com, reading our blog and more. For a complete, up-to-date list of eligible activities, please visit the ‘MY REWARDS’ section of your online account and then ‘ACTIVITIES.’
Our system does not currently allow for a per user breakdown of product reviews. You can only see that you have conducted this activity by visiting the ‘MY REWARDS’ section of your online account and expanding the ‘ACTIVITY HISTORY’ dropdown. Please note that we will only reward 25 points per product reviewed, per person. You cannot earn more points by reviewing the same product multiple times.
Points will be reflected in your account in 24-48 hours. Please wait 48 hours and if you still do not see your activity points, you can reach out to our Concierge team for assistance at concierge@colorescience.com.
Account information such as tier status, lifetime points, redeemable points, and coupon codes for rewards already redeemed can be accessed through the ‘MY REWARDS’ section of com.
