- Colorescience Partners. We may share certain information with “Colorescience Partners” (medical or other aesthetic practices or skin health professionals carrying Colorescience products) in connection with the Lasting Beauty Rewards program. This may include the points you have earned and redeemed, as well as outstanding points balance that has not been redeemed and date of your recent point redemption.
- Promotion Partners. If we engage in a joint promotion with an affiliate and/or partner, we may share your personal information with our affiliate and/or partner to be used in relation to the promotion.
- Public. From time to time, you may be able to participate in certain activities on the Services, such as forums, reviews, user opinions, chat rooms or bulletin boards (“Public Communications Features”), which give you the opportunity to communicate with Colorescience and other users of the Services. Be aware that when you volunteer information or create a public profile in the course of your participation in our Public Communications Features, such information may be made publicly available.

Submitting Requests
If you disagree with our denial of a request, you may appeal our decision by contacting us through the “Your Privacy Choices” link in the footer of our website .

Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information about children under the age of thirteen (13).
