Colorescience Bridal Giveaway 2024 Official Rules
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Sponsor: This giveaway is sponsored by Colorescience, Inc., (the “Sponsor”) located at 2141 Palomar Airport Road, Suite 200, Carlsbad, CA 92011.
Eligibility: The Bridal Giveaway 2024 (“the Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of July 1, 2024. Participants must be following @colorescience on TikTok and Instagram prior to submitting their entry to be considered in the Giveaway. Employees of sponsor, affiliated companies, advertising or communications agencies and the immediate family of each employee are not eligible. Void in Rhode Island and where prohibited by law. Subject to all applicable federal, state, municipal and local laws.
Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins 12:00:01 a.m. PST on Monday, July 1, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PST on Sunday, July 14, 2024 (the "Giveaway Period"). Colorescience’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Giveaway.
To Enter: Participants must follow @colorescience on Instagram and/or TikTok and like our post on 7/1/24 in order to be considered. Limit one (1) entry per participant. Each member of the bridal party may enter one (1) time. All entries must be completed and received by July 14, 2024 at 11:59:59 PM PT.
Any attempt to enter more than the allowed number of times, whether by use of multiple identities, social media accounts, or otherwise, is grounds for disqualification. All entries are subject to verification by the Sponsor. Entries that do not meet the applicable requirements in these Official Rules are void. Any attempted form of entry other than as described herein is void. All materials submitted become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
Winner Selection and Notification: Two (2) potential winners will be selected, on or about July 31, 2024 from all entries received. The potential winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram or TikTok on the accounts associated with his/her entry, and must respond to such notification within 72 hours. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and award of prize to an alternate winner, as will any determination that a potential winner is ineligible or has failed to comply with these Official Rules. Each potential winner may be required to execute a Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where legal) a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”). If a winner is not of legal age of majority in his or her state of residence (a “minor”), at Sponsor’s option, the applicable prize either may be awarded in the name of parent or legal guardian of winner, or parent or legal guardian of winner may be required to ratify and sign all Prize Claim Documents.
Prizes: Two (2) prizes are available. All items and shade selections are subject to availability. Prize shipment limited to U.S. addresses only. Allow up to four weeks after validation of prize claim for delivery of prize. Prizes cannot be transferred, assigned, or redeemed for their cash value. All prizes will be awarded “AS IS” and “WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND” express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose), other than any standard warranty from the manufacturer. Any taxes, fees and expenses relating to the acceptance and use of the Prize not specified are the responsibility of the winner.
Odds of Winning: Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Social Network Disclaimers: This Giveaway is being sponsored exclusively by Colorescience and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any other website or social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc., where advertising for the Giveaway may appear.
Release: Sponsor assumes no responsibility for: (1) technical delays or failures of any kind, (2) unauthorized human intervention during any part of the Giveaway, (3) technical or human error during the administration or processing of the Giveaway, or (4) any loss, injury, or damage caused, whether directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from downloading data or otherwise participating in the Giveaway. By entering into this Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its’ subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and each of their respective parent companies and each company’s officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
Additional Terms: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. If the Giveaway is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select winner(s) from all eligible, non-suspect entries unaffected by the problem. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy in such circumstances.
Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted.
In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the entrant, any on-line entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the Account associated with the entry, provided such account holder must still meet the eligibility requirements for the Giveaway. The authorized account holder shall be the natural person to whom the applicable social media account has been assigned by the Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
Only the type and quantity of prize described in these Official Rules will be awarded. If, for any reason, more bona fide winners come forward seeking to claim prize in excess of the number of each type of prize set forth in these Official Rules, the winners, or remaining winners, as the case may be, of the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question may be selected from among all persons making purportedly valid claims for such prize(s). Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy in such circumstances.
Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction: This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to any principles of conflict of laws. All disputes arising out of or connected with this Giveaway will be resolved individually, and without resort to class action, exclusively by a state or federal court located in San Diego, California. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of California and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of California. To the extent permitted by applicable law, all judgments or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket damages (excluding attorneys' fees) associated with participation in this Giveaway and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages.
