How do I modify the frequency of my subscription shipments?
Once you've subscribed it's easy to manage. Log in to your account and click on the 'My Subscriptions' tab. From there, you can modify your delivery frequency, change your next order date, or skip an order.
MODIFY SHIPMENT FREQUENCY
The current delivery frequency is displayed next to each subscription item in a dropdown next to 'Frequency'. To change the delivery frequency, click the frequency dropdown next to the item you would like to modiy and select your next desired frequency from the dropdown menu.
PAUSE SUBSCRIPTION
If you need to take a break from the product(s) you are subscribed to, select 'Pause Subscription' and select the date you'd like your subscription to resume. Once you've chosen the date and clicked 'CONFIRM', your subscription will be paused and will resume shipment on the date you selected.
CHANGE AN ORDER DATE
Need to reschedule your order? No problem. Select 'Reschedule' and select a new order date. This will change the order date for the entire subscription order.
SKIP A DELIVERY
To skip a subscription order, select 'Skip' and your order will send on the next available date based on the frequency you selected.
Remember to press 'CONFIRM' once any changes have been made.
What if I would like to ship my subscription order now instead of waiting until the next scheduled date?
Simply log in to your account and click on the 'My Subscriptions' tab. Once there, select 'Send Now' on the product subscription you would like to edit. To confirm that you’d like to receive this subscription order immediately, select 'Send Now' again. Your order will then enter the "Order Processing" state.
Please note that after this, you won't be able to make any changes to the order. Your subscription item(s) will have a new order date set based on the date you made this change, maintaining your original order frequency.
On rare occasions, our shipping warehouse may experience unexpected delays due to unforeseen circumstances so if you need your subscription product in time for a very important date, please ensure that you modify your order date well in advance to ensure you receive your product in time.
How do I update my credit card information for my subscription?
Simply log in to your account and click on the 'My Subscriptions' tab. Once there, select 'Send Now' on the product subscription you would like to edit. To confirm that you’d like to receive this subscription order immediately, select 'Send Now' again. Your order will then enter the "Order Processing" state.
Please note that after this, you won't be able to make any changes to the order. Your subscription item(s) will have a new order date set based on the date you made this change, maintaining your original order frequency.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Simply log in to your account and click on the 'My Subscriptions' tab. Once there, you will be able to manage all of your product subscriptions.
Select 'Cancel Subscription' next to the product(s) you're subscribed to. You'll have the option to skip this order and have it sent on a different date and/or frequency that works best for you or continue with cancellation. If you'd like to cancel, select 'Cancel Subscription' again and then select a reason for cancellation.
What if my subscription order is placed during a site-wide sale? Will I receive the better sale price?
If we happen to be running a sitewide sale during the time your subscription order is processed, we’ll automatically apply the better discount to your order, meaning you always receive the lowest price possible. For example, if we are running 20% off sitewide sale on the day your order is processed, you will receive 20% off that particular subscription order instead the standard 10% subscription discount. This way you can easily set and forget your subscriptions with the confidence that you will always receive the best price.
For any new subscription orders placed during a sitewide sale, you'll enjoy the higher sale discount for your first order, and then the regular subscription discount for future orders.
What if I gave the wrong shipping address or I'm not going to be where my subscription is normally shipped?
Simply log in to your account and click on the 'My Subscriptions' tab. Once there, you will be able to manage all of your product subscriptions.
To edit your shipping address, select 'Change Shipping' under your subscription item(s) and you'll be prompted to update your information. Be sure to click 'Add New Address' to ensure your changes have been made.
Can I return my subscription replenishment order?
By signing up for the Colorescience subscription program, you authorize us to charge the credit card you've saved on file and ship product to you at the frequency you have selected (30, 45, 60, or 90 days). It is your responsibility to manage shipments and cancel scheduled shipments ahead of time, before they are sent out, if they are not wanted. Any returns processed on subscription renewal orders will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price.
Can I use Shop Pay Installments to complete my subscription order?
No, subscription orders cannot be completed with Shop Pay Installments. Any order that includes a subscription item must be purchased with a debit/credit card.
